FAQ
Roofing contractors in Athens, answered.
What should a roofing bid include?
Roof area, materials by brand and product line, tear-off and disposal, underlayment and flashing, permit, start and finish dates, warranty terms and the payment schedule.
Should I always take the lowest bid?
No. A very low bid can mean thinner materials, missing steps or no insurance. Compare what is included, not only the total.
Do I need a permit for roofing contractors in Athens?
Many cities and counties require a building permit for roof work; the roofing company normally pulls it. Ask who is responsible and request a copy. Check with the Menard County building department for local rules.
Is this service free?
Yes. RoofersNearMeHub is free for homeowners. Roofing companies that receive your request may pay us for the introduction; you are never obliged to hire anyone.
